Director & Co-founder
Nicole is a highly respected executive and advisor with more than 25 years’ experience across health, aged care and complex service environments at both national and international levels.
Known for her calm authority, ethical leadership and ability to lead through complexity, Nicole brings deep expertise in service transformation, quality and risk, and human-centred leadership. She has held senior executive roles including Acting Executive General Manager, Chief Operations Officer and Head of Service Delivery and Reform, consistently delivering strong outcomes while keeping people at the centre of decision-making.
Nicole’s work is grounded in a belief that sustainable results come from clarity, connection and courage. She is deeply committed to building cultures where people feel valued, accountable and inspired to do their best work.
Alongside her executive career, Nicole has contributed to global and national policy conversations, research partnerships and advisory forums focused on ageing, human rights and wellbeing.

Julia Lawrence is an accomplished Aged, Community, Disability and Health Care executive, with a proven reputation for working with Boards and Executives to align strategy, deliver quality services, ensure strong performance, governance and financial stewardship, and lead transformative change and innovation across not-for-profit, private, public and non-government organisations.
Julia brings a thoughtful, analytical and collaborative approach to complex environments. She is known for her ability to connect strategy to practice, supporting leaders to move from intention to action with clarity and confidence.
Her work is grounded in strong relationships, sound judgement and an ability to ask the right questions at the right time. Julia balances structure with creativity, helping organisations strengthen accountability while remaining adaptive and future-focused.
